Robinson Hardaker was employed to carry out the mechanical services detailed design for the new renovation & conversion of an existing Grade II listed building in the center of Manchester, into 3 floors of new office spaces.
What We Did
- Full mechanical services design including heating, domestic services, & drainage.
- Co-ordinated plantroom design
MEP Services included a new heating plantroom complete with a new low loss header system where the new pump sets serve the new office spaces with zonal heating. Also included was the domestic services for each level and the above ground drainage.
