Robinson Hardaker was employed to carry out the mechanical & electrical services detailed design for the new barber shop at Tannery Mills, Halifax. We were also approached by the Landlord to assist with the distribution design to pick up a future Gym & Coffee Shop.

- Landlord distribution (water & electrics) for 3x units
- Thermal Model/ TM54 report
- Mechanical Services stage 4 design

MEP Services included new high efficient LED lighting with dimmable switching at each station, New VRF system providing simultaneous heating and cooling. Heat recovery ventilation and new hot water point of use for the back-wash’s & back of house services.
